Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and other components must be included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
- Software, downloadable products, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team at info@pendisplays.com or use the chat within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or Damaged Items:
